H2md.net weight loss blog

We have posted some of our favorite articles about weight loss on our weight loss blog. From time to time we find interesting articles and post them for you. Our web site contains a lot of information but we always encourage our clients to challenge us with what they find out  on the web.  If you find any articles that you like feel free to forward them to our office email and we will review it. SO many articles out there are old and outdated data. A lot has changed in the last few years. Cholesterol is not as bad as they thought. Good fats can help you lose weight. Gut health, exercise strategies and the best diets have all been updated but unfortunately there is still a lot of bad data making its way around the net. Send it too us and we will do our best to review it and post it if we feel that it represents the best evidence based medicine.

Soon we will be adding gardening and cooking info to our blogs. We recently purchased a farm in Paron, AR and we will be sharing that journey with everyone. I have one more parcel of my farm in  Eureka Springs that I need to sell and then all of our focus will be on the new farm!
